Celebrity Update Hilary Duff will be joining the upcoming 3rd season of Gossip Girl. The 21 year old actress will play a role as Olivia Burke, a famous movie star in the film who wants to have a simple college life. She is scheduled to debut in the Gossip Girl season 3 4th episode and beyond. Also teaming up some new cast are Joanna García and Tyra Banks and some more unconfirmed artists.

Now that Hilary is in for the 3rd season of Gossip girl and she ends up rooming Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) who both enrolled NYU and also she is base on some report that she will be the new love interest for Dan (Penn Badgley).

Gossip Girl series has been hitting the charts for their first 2 season clicked on over millions of viewers worldwide. With its latest addition of some new characters, would Blair, Serena, Chuck and Nate’s life would ever be the same again? We’ll find out real soon.
