denzel washington Celebrity Update Denzel Washington is in talks to star in Universal Pictures’ thriller Safe House.
Washington would play the lead role of a dangerous prisoner being escorted through menacing territory by a young CIA agent. Daniel Espinosa (”Snabba Cash”) is directing from a script by David Guggenheim.

Safe House centers on a man at a CIA-run safe house who must help a criminal, who’s being kept there, avoid being killed by villains who want the witness dead.
