The 35 year old American rock musician and actress and also known as “the most controversial woman in the history of rock” with after a series of troubles loses custody over her 17 year old daughter Frances Bean Cobain the announcement came in a Los Angeles court.

A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner granted control over 17-year-old Frances Bean Cobain to Kurt Cobain’s mother, Wendy O’Connor, and his sister Kimberly Dawn Cobain.

The 2 temporary guardians will now be in charge of Frances education, living situation, health until her mother Courtney Love regains custody. Frances will turn 18 this coming August.

Celebrity Update Rivers Coumo frontman of the band Weezer was brought to a hospital after a bus accident that he was involved together with his family early this morning. The bus slipped on an ice patch in New York and crashed.

The 39 year old American musician and lead singer, lead guitarist, and principal songwriter of the rock band Weezer was complaining of rib pain and was transferred, along with one other passenger, to St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, New York.

Karl Koch, who runs the band’s website and posted an account of what happened, arrived on scene a few minutes later. He praised the bus driver for his driving skills, saying “This story would have been far more tragic if not for his actions.”

“Everyone on the bus was either terrified or injured or both,” Koch said. “The interior of the bus was a chaotic mess with broken glass, smashed glass and plates, food and clothing items strewn everywhere.”

So the remaining December tour dates for Weezer has been cancelled due to the accident. Hope Rivers be well again soon as a lot of their fans are anticipating their concert tour.

Celebrity Update Aaron Carter owes $1,010,635.08 to the government in back taxes. This 21 year old Pop Star who was recently eliminated from U.S. TV talent show Dancing with the Stars, is facing a massive payment from built up back taxes. Papers filed in a Los Angeles court on Monday (16Nov09) show the star allegedly owes $1,010,635 (£631,646) to the U.S. government, according to TMZ.com.

However the 21 year old’s manager, Johnny Wright, insists Carter had no idea about his financial woes until this week, and claims the fault is down to his fortune being “mismanaged” by his ex-advisers.

Wright says, “It is unfortunate that while Aaron was a minor, his finances were grossly mismanaged by his previous team which has lead to the current situation of which he was unaware until today.”

“Aaron is working with a new team to take appropriate actions towards speedy resolution of the matter and looks forward to putting this behind him and moving forward with the next stage of his music career.”

The 62 year old English singer-songwriter, composer and pianist have re scheduled some appointments as advice by his doctors. John canceled concerts in Dublin and around England before canceling his gigs in the United States. The singer is reportedly being treated at a hospital in London.

There is still some good news as according to a representative reveals that they hope to reschedule all of the canceled shows in Europe and America.

Celebrity Update Beyonce Knowles has postponed her Concert at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia stadium on October 25. The R&B singer known for her provocative clothes and choreography, had been scheduled to perform at a Kuala Lumpur stadium Oct. 25. The show “has been postponed to a future date to be announced shortly,” Malaysian entertainment company Marctensia said in a statement. “The postponement is solely (the) decision of the artist and has nothing to do with other external reasons,” as rumors said its because of some Islamic conservatives who are against it. On 2007 Beyonce had a concert cancelled also in Malaysia.

Malaysia is known for some very strict rules regarding this: Sabki Yusof, youth vice head of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party, said Sunday that they would send a protest note to the government over the concert. He said it was the government’s “responsibility to protect the people of Malaysia” from what he described as immoral Western influences.
“We are not against entertainment as long as it is within the framework of our culture and our religion,” Sabki said. “We are against Western sexy performances. We don’t think our people need that.”

Later that night when Beyonce accepted her Best Video award for “Single Ladies”, she invited the 17-year old singer back onstage. “I remember being 17 years old and up for my first MTV award with Destiny’s Child.
