“Fergie is saying she wants out of the band and the second half of the tour isn’t confirmed for early next year,” the source said. “Things have gotten really bad with Will.i.Am. And it’s not just Fergie who is clashing with him. So is the rest of the band. His ego is out of control. Fergie just wants to get away from the whole thing.”

Slipknot Bassist Paul Gray was found dead Monday in a suburban Iowa hotel room. The cause of death has not been reported yet. A hotel employee found Gray, 38, dead in a room at the TownePlace Suites in Urbandale, a suburb of Des Moines, police said in a statement. An autopsy was planned for Tuesday. Gray had been staying at the hotel for “a couple days,” Urbandale Sgt. Dave Disney said, declining further comment. Gray lived in the nearby suburb of Johnston.

“Paul Gray was an awesome person on and off stage. He will be missed by many including myself,” Jacoby Shaddix, lead singer of metal band Papa Roach, said in a statement late Monday. “His spirit will live on through the killer music he wrote.”

Celebrity Update Bret Michaels who recovered from a near-fatal brain hemorrhage a month ago, is back in the hospital after suffering a “warning stroke,” according to a statement posted on his website. Bret Michaels has suffered what doctors call a “warning stroke,” or a transient ischemic attack.

He was readmitted this week “after suffering numbness on the left side of his body, predominately his face and hands,” the statement reads. After performing some tests, his doctors discovered a hole in the Poison star’s heart.

Celebrity Update Ronnie James Dio, former frontman of Black Sabbath and his own band Dio, died today from stomach cancer. Ronnie who took over as lead singer of Black Sabbath after Ozzy Osbourne left the group. He died at the age of 67. The metal legend was diagnosed of stomach cancer in November 2009. He was being treated in a hospital in Houston before he passed sway.

Wife Wendy posted the sad news on her website: “Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7:45am 16th May. Many, many friends and family were able to say their private good-byes before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he was loved by all. We so appreciate the love and support that you have all given us. Please give us a few days of privacy to deal with this terrible loss. Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever.”

A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner granted control over 17-year-old Frances Bean Cobain to Kurt Cobain’s mother, Wendy O’Connor, and his sister Kimberly Dawn Cobain.

The 2 temporary guardians will now be in charge of Frances education, living situation, health until her mother Courtney Love regains custody. Frances will turn 18 this coming August.
