Pink rushed to hospital after the stage accident

Celebrity Update Pink fell from a harness that suspended her on stage during a show in Nuremberg as she was rushed to a hospital after that incident.

She was quickly escorted off stage and into an ambulance.

Shortly after, Pink apologized to fans at the concert, saying, “I am so so so sorry to end the show that way. I am embarassed and very sorry.”

“didn’t get clipped in2 harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade. Getting xrays.I hope it at least looked cool!!! [sic]“

Fergie quitting Black Eyed Peas?

Celebrity Update Fergie is rumored to be leaving the band Black Eyed Peas. Sources are reporting that Stacy Ferguson, a.k.a. Fergie, is considering leaving the band because of problems with Will.i.am and because she is ready to start a family.
Friends close to Fergie say she is “on the verge” of leaving the Black Eyed Peas.

“Fergie is saying she wants out of the band and the second half of the tour isn’t confirmed for early next year,” the source said. “Things have gotten really bad with Will.i.Am. And it’s not just Fergie who is clashing with him. So is the rest of the band. His ego is out of control. Fergie just wants to get away from the whole thing.”

Mariah Carey rumored to be pregnant with twins

Celebrity Update Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon are expecting twins, according to a tabloid report.

The R&B superstar has failed to put a stop to rumours she is pregnant with her first child after she was spotted leaving a fertility clinic in Los Angeles last month (May10). Carey further fuelled the reports by mysteriously dropping out of Tyler Perry’s upcoming movie, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf.

Her representative revealed the decision was based on medical reasons, stating, “She is not doing the movie because her doctor advised her not to. More than that I cannot comment further.”

Now, the National Enquirer reports the Hero hit-maker is expecting a double bundle of joy. An insider tells the publication, “Mariah is gushing that she’s going to have twins. Mariah and Nick both want a big family.”

Slipknot Bassist Paul Gray died at 38

Slipknot Bassist Paul Gray was found dead Monday in a suburban Iowa hotel room. The cause of death has not been reported yet.

A hotel employee found Gray, 38, dead in a room at the TownePlace Suites in Urbandale, a suburb of Des Moines, police said in a statement. An autopsy was planned for Tuesday. Gray had been staying at the hotel for “a couple days,” Urbandale Sgt. Dave Disney said, declining further comment. Gray lived in the nearby suburb of Johnston.

“Paul Gray was an awesome person on and off stage. He will be missed by many including myself,” Jacoby Shaddix, lead singer of metal band Papa Roach, said in a statement late Monday. “His spirit will live on through the killer music he wrote.”

Bret Michaels Hospitalized for Stroke

Celebrity Update Bret Michaels who recovered from a near-fatal brain hemorrhage a month ago, is back in the hospital after suffering a “warning stroke,” according to a statement posted on his website.

Bret Michaels has suffered what doctors call a “warning stroke,” or a transient ischemic attack.

He was readmitted this week “after suffering numbness on the left side of his body, predominately his face and hands,” the statement reads. After performing some tests, his doctors discovered a hole in the Poison star’s heart.

Ronnie James Dio Dies

Celebrity Update Ronnie James Dio, former frontman of Black Sabbath and his own band Dio, died today from stomach cancer. Ronnie who took over as lead singer of Black Sabbath after Ozzy Osbourne left the group. He died at the age of 67.

The metal legend was diagnosed of stomach cancer in November 2009. He was being treated in a hospital in Houston before he passed sway.

Wife Wendy posted the sad news on her website: “Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7:45am 16th May. Many, many friends and family were able to say their private good-byes before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he was loved by all. We so appreciate the love and support that you have all given us. Please give us a few days of privacy to deal with this terrible loss. Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever.”

Courtney Love has a new name

Celebrity Update Courtney Love has announced that from here on out, she would like to be known as Courtney Michelle, because the Courtney Love as we knew her is dead, according to the BBC.
“Courtney Love is dead. We’ve all decided we don’t like her any more. We love her when she goes onstage, but I don’t need her in the rest of my life. The nameCourtney Love is a way to oppress me.”

The 45-year-old, born Courtney Michelle Harrison, also added that she is “sick” of talking about her late husband, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.

“I am not his spokesperson on Earth,” she said. “I don’t know what he’d be like now, he could be into society girls, he could be into fat girls, he could be homosexual. We don’t know, he died at 27.”

She is currently touring with Hole, who release their new album, Nobody’s Daughter, later this month.

Manson began dating Wood in 2006 but the couple broke up in 2008. They briefly reconciled, then split again before getting back together.

A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner granted control over 17-year-old Frances Bean Cobain to Kurt Cobain’s mother, Wendy O’Connor, and his sister Kimberly Dawn Cobain.

The 2 temporary guardians will now be in charge of Frances education, living situation, health until her mother Courtney Love regains custody. Frances will turn 18 this coming August.
