Celebrity Update Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon are expecting twins, according to a tabloid report. The R&B superstar has failed to put a stop to rumours she is pregnant with her first child after she was spotted leaving a fertility clinic in Los Angeles last month (May10). Carey further fuelled the reports by mysteriously dropping out of Tyler Perry’s upcoming movie, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf.

Her representative revealed the decision was based on medical reasons, stating, “She is not doing the movie because her doctor advised her not to. More than that I cannot comment further.”

Now, the National Enquirer reports the Hero hit-maker is expecting a double bundle of joy. An insider tells the publication, “Mariah is gushing that she’s going to have twins. Mariah and Nick both want a big family.”
