Celebrity Update Marc Webb may be taking over Sam Raimi for the Spiderman 4 or they say as Spiderman reboot. The 34 music video, short film and major motion picture director who was the director of the teen hit movie 500 Days of Summer was rumored to take the direction for the Spiderman 4 movie. Since it is a reboot and it will start with the cast Peter Parker in High School then it would probably fit to him after his movie 500 Days of Summer was having good feedbacks.

The Spiderman 4 production staff is in an effort now to possibly get the production on the go for a Summer 2012 release Date. It may be long wait but they are planning to shoot it in 3D.

The 23 year old English actor, model and musician has been hit by rumors about having that role after it has been reported that Tobey Maguire is out of the picture for the role of Peter Parker

There are already been rumors before about this but it was maybe because of the so called April Fools Day rumors. But to get it straight he is a strong competitor among other choices like Michael Cera and Chace Crawford.

The next Spiderman 4 movie is said to focus on Peter Parker in high school so most likely he can handle that role, and if it will be true it will surely add more millions down to his bank.

Celebrity Update Tobey Maguire could be out for Spiderman fourth movie. The 34 year old American actor who plays the role of Peter Parker for the first three films of Spiderman could be part of the Production major overhaul. Not only that Sam Raimi the director of the 3 Spiderman Movie could be part also of the overhauling of staff and acknowledging it saying “the studio and Marvel have a unique opportunity to take the franchise in a new direction, and I know they will do a terrific job.”

“This is a bittersweet moment for us because while it is hard to imagine Spider-Man in anyone else’s hands, I know that this was a day that was inevitable,” Matt Tolmach, president of Columbia Pictures, said in a statement.

Added Amy Pascal, co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment: “We’re very excited about the creative possibilities that come from returning to Peter’s roots.”

Celebrity Update Anne Hathaway has been rumored to have a role in the Spiderman 4 movie coming on May of 2011. The 27 year old American actress according to some sources, been offered a role in Spider-Man 4 to play the role of the villain The Black Cat. No decisions yet being released by Sony Entertainment as more names like Julia Stiles, Rachel McAdams and Romola Garai are also coming up.

As for Anne Hathaway, she is said to be the top choice for Felicia Hardy, the character of which has also been linked to Julia Stiles and Romola Garai. However, it is reported that this Felicia Hardy in the fourth “Spider-Man” film will not transform into the Black Cat as what happens in the comic books. Instead, she will become a brand new superpowered figure called the Vulturess, Movieline claimed.
